Looking preferably for girls, as we all are girls and the roommate who will be living here is a girl.
Next semester my roommates are studying abroad and I will be moving out, while our one other roommate stays heres. So, we have 3 rooms available.
The apartment is a 10 minute walk to campus and a 10 minute walk to pearl. The building has 3 units in it, and is all renovated.
My bedroom is on the first floor, along with the kitchen and living room. There is a bathroom connected to the bedroom and the hallway. The room has very high ceilings and a few windows and an extra loft space. This room is available December 1st.
The two other bedrooms are downstairs and both come fully furnished and they share a bathroom in the hallway. There is another room and bathroom and washer and dryer downstairs. These two rooms are available starting mid December, after finals week.
Cats are allowed-for an additional fee.
There is also a large yard space, with a picnic table and a huge built in electric fire pit.
Rent is $833.00 a month per person, INCLUDING utilities.
We have 2 parking spots reserved, and a lot of street parking (right in front of building) is available.
