Alvarez 5054 12 String Acoustic Guitar - (Boulder, CO for sale in Boulder, Colorado

Very nice seldomly played Alvarez 12 String Acoustic guitar. Dreadnought style, solid spruce top, rosewood fret board with pearl dot inlay, 6-per-side chrome tuners and natural finish.
Original owner purchased around 1988. In excellent condition with some minor pick scratches on the pick guard. Played maybe 2 times in the past 10 years which is why I'm selling it.

Comes with hardshell case which is slightly bowed but still functional.
